My office is located in the Brauer Building, 300 N. Fifth Avenue, a two-story brick building on the corner of N. Fifth Avenue and Catherine
 Street, across the road from the Farmer’s Market and Kerrytown Market and next door to Community HIgh School, in downtown Ann 
Arbor.

Suite 220 is located on the second floor, near the back of the building. Once you enter the 
office, marked from the outside as “Suite 220”, the first door to the left is my waiting area, 
identified as “Carrie Hatcher-Kay, PhD, Waiting Room.” Please make yourself comfortable in the waiting 
room, and I will meet you there at the time of our appointment.

There is a parking lot behind the building accessible from either of the two one-way streets adjacent 
to the address. If the one "visitor" spot is open, feel free to park there. However, it 
accommodates the entire building, so you may find that it is full. Metered parking is available nearby on N. 
Fifth Avenue, on Detroit St., and adjacent to the Kerrytown Market in the Farmer’s Market lot. Please note that there is no parking available in the Community High School lot on school days. Please leave extra time to arrive 
at appointments on Wednesdays (til about 2 pm) when parking can be more scarce because the Farmer’s Market is open (though it is closed on Wednesdays from New Years through Memorial Day). The building is accessible with a wheelchair accessible ramp, and there is a 
designated accessible parking spot.
